Billing Address

The billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, we cannot provide service to a different address than the billing address.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee that covers the price of online products only. This guarantee does not cover the shipping or handling fee, as customers accept the shipping fee when deciding to try the product.

Customers must contact our support department for returns, refunds or cancellations.

Once a return is received or a valid refund request is submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days.

All refunds will be returned to the original credit card. International orders and PayPal orders will be refunded back to the original credit card and PayPal account, respectively.

Again, you have 30 days from the date of the original purchase to return or refund a product to receive your refund. Any return received after the 30-day limit will not be processed.

Excluded from the 30-day money-back guarantee are our service-based products. There are no money-back guarantees or refunds on setup fees, consulting fees, monthly service fees, or hosting fees. Products with a zero refund policy include:

Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than once. While customers can place unlimited orders for one specific product, the money-back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for that specific product.

Customers are only eligible to receive one refund within any 30-day period and only on offers that explicitly state a guarantee or return/refund policy. If a customer requests a refund on a transaction, they are not eligible for an additional refund for 30 days following that transaction.
